Can anyone tell me if the fog lights are on the 4X4's only or do they also come on the 4X2's?

My understanding is they're standard on the XLT 4X4 and the Lariat 4X2 and 4X4 (ref 2001 150/250/350/Ranger/E-series catalog, pg 41).

The 'fogs' take care of the dark spots directly in front of the vehicle...quite an improvement over my 99er.
