FX4 Chrome Package

I ordered an '08 F250 FX4 with the chrome package because I didn't want the colored matched grill.

I understand that the grill is different and is suppose to be a "billet looking" grill, not actualy billet grill.

Does anyone have a picture of what the chrome package gives you?

It actually looks OK....

I'm glad I ordered it....

Now something to think about... The chrome tail pipe, I wonder how it will hold up to the heat from regen???

It may dis-color over time....

The exhaust tip will be Stainless not chrome if it's like my 06' with the "chrome package". So it should do fine.

what is the Chrome package? I have been on Ford truck web site & i cannot find a Chrome package available on a 08 FX4 f 250

Mine? It isn't a web site link, it is a .PDF file... If you are on 56k it will take a awhile for it to down load and open.

You and I both posted the same link, but we both made the same error. Look at the beginning of the link where it says https rather than the standard http. Sometimes the links do not work for some users, so what you have to do is delete the "s". [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]

ok i found it. looks like the only major item of any interest to me is the grill. have to see what one of those looks like

It looks to me, that you are still going to get a color matched grille, but with the chrome package you will have the chrome center.
