Call stockholder relations (you can probably find the number on the Ford corporate website), and ask for the x-plan paperwork to be sent to you. Fax the paperwork back to them filled out, along with proof of stock ownership (I faxed the page from my last broker statement that had the Ford stock on it). Soon you'll get a reply e-mail with a pin number, also a snail mail letter will arrive with the same. I think I was copied both at work and at home! All told, maybe three days elapsed time.
