If you have a VIN, you can go on Blue Oval News Employee Forum, register, post the VIN and a Ford employee will give you timeline information about your truck including shipping date and a PDF of your window sticker if you want.
As Glenn suggests, if you decide to confront your dealer, this would probably be helpful information.
It really is lost.
After I threatened to cancel the whole deal they gave me a loaner until it arrives.
They claim they have never experienced anything like this before.
I had this happen to me once too. Just days after we bought another truck off their lot, a friend of a friend ended up buying the truck we ordered (which had miraculously appeared) for way more than we were supposed to pay. How big a dealership is it? If you think they might have it hiden away somewhere, do some window shopping in the back lot if you can.

It has not made it to the dealership yet.
The transport company are the ones slacking not the dealership...believe me we have been on the phone with supervisors high up on the chain of command at Ford.
