I'm on the fence right now, and while i'm thinking that I'd like to see $5000 and financing, it would certainly make my decision to buy a LOT harder.......
I REALLY like the new trucks, and I'm ready for a new one. Mine's getting to the point where theres a few things to spend a little money on if I'm going to keep it (shocks, tires, etc.), but the 7.3 is such a good, proven motor. I'm not happy with the interior choices on the 2008 F-450 and I'm a little concerned about the MPG reports and cab removals (the fact that it needs to be done, not that many have been) on the new trucks. Mine is only going to go down in value and the new ones are only going to go up in cost, making the trade difference bigger and bigger, so the big rebates certainly are enticing.......... But wait, aren't they doing a COMPLETE redesign for 2010?
Looks like $3000 cash, or $2000 + APR (not that great apr, though) with $500 for AXZ. Although I do not know what Swap Cash is. The offers are now on Ford.com

Looks like the incentives went <u>down</u> from what I can tell.
Used to be $3,000 cash OR 2.9% APR for 60 mos (at least where I live), now it's $2,000 cash or $1,000 cash and 5.9% APR for 60 mos.
Am I reading this wrong?

The story goes on to say, "But sales to retail customers by Ford still dropped 13 percent.... The F-series pickup, still the nation's best selling vehicle, saw its sales drop off nearly 10 percent, as the favorite of builders and contractors was hit by the slump in housing and new home construction during the period."
Anybody know yet if the Loyalty Rebate is still there?

My dealer told me $3,500.00 in rebates, along with the financing.
I'll probably finance every penny for 3 years at 3.9%.. That's cheap money.
I'm not sure what the swap money is, or how it applies.
Does owner loyalty still apply?
Do you know the breakdown on those rebates? do you know if all of NY is in that also. Did you make it to the NYS Fair and was there a Ford exhibit?
