My dealer called yesterday, and said Ford was offering a $2500 owner loyalty rebate. Anyone that had problems with their early build 03 would qualify(I don't know if other years qualify). This is in addition to the 2500 rebate currently offered.

I stopped in my local dealer (Not who I bought the truck from) and asked them about the program. They said I needed proof of my purchase, i.e. sales contract or I needed to be in their computer system. They pulled my name up on the computer and said Oh, yeah you are here in the system.
Not sure how they are tracking that or what system they tied into. I bought the truck from Bobby, but did have them service it over the years.

I stopped at my local dealer yesterday as well. Got a price on an ordered King Ranch SRW with all options, except for dual alternators and PTO. The selling price was lower than what I paid for my Lariat 3 yrs ago. The low 40's. The kicker was the resale on mine. They offered me 23.5 with 64k miles. I suppose I could try to sell it myself. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img] I have to make up my mind soon as I think the 06 order bank is closing soon. My goal is 15k difference plus T&L. That would give me 5k/yr depreciation which to me is acceptable. On the other hand, after the latest reflash and sensor changeout on my 03, it runs super. They gave me $25,500 for mine, which made my difference $14,500 out the door with sales tax. My old Lariat has 76,000 miles on it and I've had it for 40 months. Like you I'm not paying much more than I did for the 03 Lariat.
The order book is already closed on 06. So your choices will just go downhill as those in inventory disappear, In fact I could hardley find a SRW King Ranch around here. The few Kings in inventory are all Duallys.

I just traded my jan.-03 build f-250 swb King Ranch 4x4 32,500 miles that list for 46,995 when I bought it, for a new 06 King Ranch $51,495 list. Paid $10,500 after all rebates. 2500 + 2500 owner loyalty + 300 commercial + 500 ford finance. Dealer Quoted it less than 40 grand, for over the internet cash deal. Showed me 29,000 for mine after I said I would be tradeing mine in.
