Before I saw you were involved, I tried to learn a little more about wrecker/recovery bodies.
AATAC is a big manufacturer of wrecker/recovery bodies. Click on this:
www.aatac.com
Brake and Clutch, Inc., is a big upfitter of chassis cab trucks, and one of the products they sell is AATAC wrecker/recovery and car-hauler bodies. Click on this:

The following is the response from AATAC to my e-mail that is quoted below after the reply from AATAC.

I think what this means is that your Ford dealer could order a new truck, have it shipped thru Brake&Clutch for addition of the AATAC and PTO and hydraulic stuff, and then drop shipped to any dealer you choose. But no use to drop ship if you want it delivered in Hawaii - just order it from a dealer in Hawaii.
I double checked, and Brake&Clutch is one of the "Ford commercial truck pool accounts", also called a bailment pool. So that probably means that your dealer in Hawaii could have the new truck shipped thru Brake&Clutch to Hawaii.
Note: My itty bitty Ford dealer had a catalog from Brake&Clutch, and the catalog showed the basic tilt/slide car-hauler/recovery body available from AATAC. So your Ford dealer probably has one of those catalogs too. But there's a lot more detailed info on the AATAC website than in that catalog.
