Upfitter's rebate, Business owner, promo APR, X-Plan

My dealerdude is working with me on trying to close the deal on the second incarnation of my King Ranch F-350.

He says that if I use the $500 upfitter's rebate (like I have in the past) then I can't get Ford's promo 5.9%/60mo financing. He also mentioned a $300 rebate for business owner (which I am), then later took it back off the table with no explanation.

This sound right?

He's also pretty insistent that I use X-plan pricing, I'm wondering if that's what kills the rebates but he just doesn't want to say so.

He's offering to go ~$800 below invoice to make his units by tomorrow night, but will only talk X-plan bases for how he gets there.

What do y'all think?

Re: Upfitter's rebate, Business owner, promo APR, X-Plan

Im sitting about $864 under invoice(bottom line(tx 5.6%,title & license included) after $3000(3k regular cab/supercab,$2k crewcab or 1k and the financing) in rebates using x-plan. though not much diffrence using x-plan seeing as i was at invorce already, x-plan takes approx .4% off invoice then there is a 75$ admin fee for using x-plan. every little bit helps.
Ask to see the invoice and especialy the 2nd page, at the bottom of the 2nd page is listed the x-plan price. i beleive it says X then a number which is the price.
Here's the commercial rebates but if you note the fine print it says it ran out but maybe they just didn't update the website. in the left column is the link to GreatIncentives commercial rebates hmmm i just figured out this is probably a good deal if financing and you have to pay tax :P ohwell time to eat.

My post a bit confusing but im sleepy.

Thanks, that's an interesting page. It does seem to exlclude 2008 trucks, but another dealer (who I also don't know if he has his facts straight) says it's still there. Oh well.
