Who get's the order!!!

Was wondering what plant gets who's order when it go's in,is it by region,dealer allotment,allication. for example--me ordering from indiana you would think it would be built out of the Kentucky plant, seems I am only 140 miles away!!!, but who knows. does anybody have some light on this!!.

P.S. I do think quality will be the same with KY or MEX. WE HOPE!!!
Also I will post over in eng & drivetrain some info on fuel knock from NAVISTAR FIELD SERVICE REPS that I worked with on Wednesday.

Well, as I have found out the hard way...When an order goes into the Ford system, the computers at Detroit look at all the different orders, then it checks what plants need the production numbers, checks which plants have the stock to do your particular truck and then assigns the order to whichever plant comes up.
