Why so long on shipping new 350 SD

Ordered a new 350 SD Dually and according to blue oval tracking information it was shipped on 3-5 by convoy.

Contacted salesperson and he advised they are not sure where it is or when it will be in.

Anyone know why it would take 2 weeks or more to ship from Kentucky to Florida.

Are dealers able to track truck once it leaves plant?
