I will probably buy an 04 PSD,but maybe an 03. Can someone e-mail me the friends&neighbors application that expires in Sept. Also how long will the pin be good for after I get it. Would it be a good Idea to goin the EAA now as a back-up plan for my 04? Thanks,

I'm certainly not the authority on this subject, but if you are definitely going to buy a truck in '03, I believe the "Friends & Neighbors" promotion does not require one to be affiliated with any trade association or group. It's simply a way for Ford to build traffic during the slow economy. If, as I have read elsewhere on the X-Plan, the PIN# is good for a year from the date you receive it, say September of this year, then you would still be able to order an '04 truck and not have to join an association as a back-up plan. By that I mean, your PIN would presumably be valid through the summer of '03 and into the time frame when '04 vehicles could be ordered.

I don't want to give you a false sense of security, so others might want to chime in.
