If you do not have any luck here soon, you might want to register over on Blue Oval news and request a Pin# there. Seems people get good responses. I ordered our 450 using a X-plan, saved thousands. Less than three weeks till delivery, but I placed the order last week in Feb.

I only get one a year and I used it for this truck but if you happen to know anybody that works for a MDU, Montana Dakota Utilities, company, you might be able to get one through them.
MDU is a giant corp. that owns a lot of small and large busineses all over the country.
