XLT up grade

Carprice.com still shows the XLT up grade package. I thought it expired on March 31. Has it been extended?

Extended till 6-30-00,that is if it's ordered and scheduled to build.

Biker wierd you should bring that up. I just found a 00 F250 CC TT mirrors,limited slip,Camper pkg, trlr tow pkg,hitch, XLT upgrade pkg, cd/tape,locks windows, 6 spd, PSD of course for $29,000 brand new right off the truck. That deal was just offered. Sound good?

If I understand correctly from reading previous post that the purpose of the XLT upgrade is to incourage people to order a six speed and psd to save auto transmissions and v 10's for the Excursion. It seems to me that this may be a permanent problem for ford. Everytime there has been a deadline 60 D it has been extended. Unless the vendors that make automatic transmissions and v10s can increase their production the XLT upgrade may be a permanent program. Anyone else care to speculate or correct me if I am wrong.
