Is there a tool to plug into the OBD port that would allow a user to turn on or off features of the truck?
I just paid $100 to have my fog lights enabled, thats what the service dept guy said is a flat fee anytime the plug you in to do an upgrade.

There is no scan tool that will do that. You have to have a j2534 pass through device that is used along with a computer & high speed internet Then you have to pay a subscription fee for access to the Motorcraft website. I think you can buy a pass thru device that will do Fords only for around $500.00 and the short term subscription runs around $30.00. I use a universal type of tool that will do all makes that cost around $1800.00.

It is not cheap, but you will own it in the end. Annual updates are only $50 per manufacturer if needed.
