Black truck

Any chance of getting a black truck? Seems like most of the colors have some type of metallic in them. What happened to the days of getting a solid color/

Unfortunately solid black is gone on the superduties replaced with the new black metallic as you describe. The only way would be is if you can still find and early model 2012 on a dealer lot somewhere or buy a used vehicle that has the black clearcoat. They did a short production of the good old plain black after the earthquake in Japan because they couldn't get ahold of the product to make the metallic paint. I jumped on the bandwagon and traded my 2011 metallic black truck for a 2012 plain black while I had the chance!

2012 F450 Crew Cab DRW, 4.30LS, Lariat Ultimate, FX4, Chrome Package, Snow Plow Prep, 5th wheel prep, LineX Spray In Liner, Cable Lock. Black Clear Coat with Monotone Black Int!

waiting to order 2017 F450!
