Unfortunately solid black is gone on the superduties replaced with the new black metallic as you describe. The only way would be is if you can still find and early model 2012 on a dealer lot somewhere or buy a used vehicle that has the black clearcoat. They did a short production of the good old plain black after the earthquake in Japan because they couldn't get ahold of the product to make the metallic paint. I jumped on the bandwagon and traded my 2011 metallic black truck for a 2012 plain black while I had the chance!
