What "options" are there on the productivity screen in your 2nd photo. That's the mileage screen with Miles to E, and the green instantaneous bar/graph. On my '12 I don't have options on that screen, just the ability to reset it.

The only options are for another graph they show. You can change the interval from 5, 10, or 30 mile intervals.
