Only issue is that you can't get the ultrasonic park assist with the dual dvd headrests. I got the dual dvd headrests, but was wondering WHY NOT? I like the ultrasonic beeps as they help me get close to the car behind me when parking and also avoid those nasty poles just out of the line of sight of the camera.
I've owned many a vehilce without either so I will live.
After I read your post I consulted the Order Guide. The Guide does indeed state that the rear dual headrest DVD system (94E) is not available with the Exterior Back-up Alarm(76C). I don't believe that 76C is the same as the Reverse Vehicle Aid Sensor (76R) that comes standerd with the Lariat trim. I think that 76C is an exterior mounted back-up alarm.

Hmmm... I will have to check that out then. I was told I couldn't get 76R with it... I still haven't gotten the DORA to review it, so there may still be time to make sure it has it!
