06 F250 won't start right away.

I have a 2006 F250 with the 5.4l in it. It will not start right away. I have to turn the key like 10 times or so to get it to fire up. Seems like it might be a starter selinoid but not sure. going to call the dealer tonight as it is still in the 3 years 36k mile warranty. Anyone else have any opions.

Does it not crank at all, or does it crank and not start?

It does not even crank. But after turning the key about 6 to 10 times it fires up. All the lights come on and the radio so I figured the battery was fine, probably something with the starter or selinoid.
