I was just wondering what gauge did Ford put in the 08 SD dash where the Turbo gauge sits for the diesel (top far left small gauge)?

The 4 small gauges between the tach and speedo are (from left to right) oil pressure, enigne temp, amps and fuel.

Thanks Snake... So with a gasser no trans temp. Oh well give and take I guess.
EDIT... About the Oil pressure. Is it true oil pressure or just idiot gauge that moves when the truck is running? I know with my 99 that is all it was, just moved to 3/4s and stayed there.

I have a 6 speed manual so that's why no trans temp gauge. As far as he oil pressure gauge I'm not sure, I think I've seen it move between 1/2 and 3/4 while running but don't quote me on that.

Thanks Snake (and others)... Sorry I didn't think to put Auto or Std. I would think if you do happen to see your oil gauge move form 3/4 to 1/2 (warmed up oil) then Ford must have went with a real (somewhat) gauge instead of the "idiot" type gauge. I never did understand why they would do that, as far as I know it would be nothing but a active sending unit instead of it being just a off and on unit.
