1993 f250 hd vs 1986 f360 6.9

Im thinking about selling my 86 diesel and picking up a 1993 f250 xcab,mine has 180k on it the other has 101k 351 engine both 4wd auto,need some advise,not a daily driver. [img]images/icons/crazy.gif[/img]

If you tow a trailer alot, I would really think aobut that swap, the 351 is not that good on milage, and the power is subpar, to say the least. It you want to upgrade to a newer truck, and don't tow anything just drive around ocasionaly, then the 351 would be ok, but for the real work, you are better off with(I can't believe I am saying this)diesel. If you find one with the 460, then that would be worth considering. Hope this help, and this is only my opinion. Mason

I realy dont tow anything but i do plow snow with it and some light hauling not much else though, i put about 2 thousand miles a year.
