2006 V10 vacuum line question

On the intake of the 2006 V10 in a motorhome there is a fitting with two hoses and a capped port on the drivers side rear of the intake manifold for vacuum. One hose goes to the fuel pressure regulator it appears, forward on drivers side of engine. The other hose goes up the passenger side of the engine to somewhere! Where it goes is a mystery since the hose got caught in the cooling fan (presumably poor routing by MH manufacturer-Allegro) and yanked loose, there is a rubber block with one end of the hose stuck in it and another hose comes off of it and goes somewhere, also yanked loose. Anyone have a clue where the rubber block plugs into with its two ports and where the other end of the hose goes? Since this a motorhome it is a real PITA to inspect it and I haven't yet found where they go!
TIA!
