the excursions been sittin for about 2 years no gas in it or battery.i put gas and battery in it and the thing wont start i checked the fuel pump and i dont know if the fuel pump should be pumping fuel all the time. when i turn it on it shoots fuel out once then stops.if anyone can tell me where to start thanks there is also very little presure in the fuel rail
