I have a 99 5.4 which is throwing codes P1131 and P1151. I cleaned the MAF sensor and am now wondering what else. I have read it could be anything. The truck runs great cold....but when it get's warm it gets less and less power the more you push on the throttle. Basically less rpms with more gas (only when it's warm). Runs smooth also. Please help!!

Sounds like you have a major vacuum leak, or some other metering issue. Check the air intake system and make sure there are no cracks or leaks between the MAF and the throttle body.
I worked on a 2000 super duty last month that kept throwing misfire codes and acted about the same as you describe. On a lark I took the EGR valve off, cleaned the valve and the EGR sensor (DPFE) fittings on the EGR tube, and the truck is good as new.
Not saying that will fix yours, but youight want to try it.
