I just want to say that I got my 2005 5.4 SuperCrew 4x4 gaser tuned from Eric at Innovative Diesel Performance and man did he do an AWESOME job. It really woke my truck up. I know he specializes in diesel, but he did a great job on my gaser. He really stands behind his tunes too. The first couple tunes he did had some pinging and because I have the 3.5 inch AirForce One CAI, it threw some CEL's. Eric kept at it and just sent me some modified tunes and man did he do a great job. I can't praise him enough on the difference in my truck. Thanks Eric
I know this is a diesel site, but had to post on how good his tunes are.

So, I assume you have an F-150 as a Supercrew IS only an F-150 model. But, then again, having it tuned by a diesel performance outfit has me second guessing.
I have a 2007 F-150 Supercrew, and have it tuned by Troyer Performance. I am running a 3.5" AF1 Intake as well, and have it all coupled to a Roush Off Road SIDO exhaust. Running a 93 octane high performance tune is sweet. I actually am thinking that if I get a 2008 Superduty Crewcab again this fall, I may go gas instead of diesel. Seeing what Troyer can do, I would have no problems running their tunes on a 5.4L or 6.8L in an F-250. Now, for hauling my trailer, I'm thinking this Screw I have may be a bit challenged. We'll see in a few weeks. That alone may push me to a diesel... again.
How does yours pull a trailer? Mileage highway? Mileage towing? Thanks.

I never towed so can't help there. I'm in the process of testing my MPG. With Troyers 93 performance I'm getting about 14mpg, 87 tow tune 13mpg. Now that's not really highway trip mileage. It's 2 lane road driving. I have 2.5 inch lift and 35 cooper st tires. I wanted to try other tuners out and was reading about eric at Innovated so gave him a try. I'm impressed. I haven't really gotten to try his 93 tune out yet, but can't wait. The 87 octane tune is pretty awesome, so I can just imagine how the 93 will be.

I just traded my 2007 F-150 Supercrew for a 2007 F-250 Crewcab. On the F-150, as I said above, I ran an SCT Xcallibrator with Troyer Performance Tunes, AF1 Intake(3.5"), and Roush Off-Road cat-back exhaust. No slipping whatsoever. Just a bat outta hell. On a good day, I could make the serpentine squeal, though. On 93 Octane high performance, that upper end is unbelievable. Shaved an easy 2 to 2.5 seconds off the stock 0-60 times. When I towed my 4200# camper the last time with the 93 Octane Towing tune, I never knew it was back there. I absolutely swear by Troyers tunes. He's been doing it for over 15 years (on F-150's). Believe me, there is no "not really happy" comments with his. I have heard alot about that in comparison to the Edge - and that's no cut on Edge. There just is no comparison on canned tunes versus customized ones.
I took everything off before I traded - now I need to figure out how to sell it. If I knew I'd get another 150 again, I'd keep it, but by then, the 2009 diesle will be out. Yeeow!
