A Better mechanic???

Went to get my 15,000 mile service done today at a dealership here in Omaha. They had it for about an hour and a half so I wen to see what wa taking so long. I get out there and the service lady tells me they are almost done. All they have to si replace the fuel filter. They always have problems with them she said. The clips tend to break off...Then and this is the crazy thing, She ells me if me if I know a "better" Mechanic that I would probably be better off taking it there....I couldnt believe it!! A better mechanic?? Whats that mean?

Harstad - yeah, even if she was being cute and clever it's not the kind of statement that would make me feel comfortable there. Maybe PR is just not her thing.
