By two sets at that price!!

That's what I paid almost a year ago and I have heard nearly $900 for them now.

Re: Borla headers good price?

Thanks H.A. I was going to get the banks setup but I think they are way overpriced. I found these on truckperformance holiday sale. And free shipping to boot. Now I'am going to order the bassani cat back to complete the system. And with the money I saved from not buying the banks. I can get the Accufab throttle body 65mm single blade its a really nice piece of work. Comes fully polished makes the BBK look like junk.

Re: Borla headers good price?

I've seen those, they are really sharp. I'm looking to do that in the future.

That's a great deal. If I were you make sure of the application number and order they if they match.

For my year they would be over $800!!

Good luck. Oh yea, I had called BORLA asking about a supercharger set-up. We discussed what to do.

To make a long story short, they sent me some venturi to place into where the y-pipe connects to the headers. I know this may contradict the opening of the exhaust, but it actually helped the low end power. I was already running the headers and upon installing these there was even more power.

You may want to call their tech section and see if they will send you a set. I know you'll like the entire set-up.

I currently run a PPIII and maybe a custom chip in the future.

Re: Borla headers good price?

I agree with the others. If you can get the headers for $580 then get them now. Most places have raised their prices to $800-900.

Re: Borla headers good price?

Wow you are right they raised the price already. Glad I ordered sun nite on the computer. But if you call them and tell them your ready to buy they will probably sell them for 580.00. Also Heavy Assault I called Borla and asked about the venturis the guy said he knows nothing about them. I'am going to send headers out to get ceramic coated as soon as I get them so I don't have to worry about any underhood heat.

Re: Borla headers good price?

Just got finished talking to BORLA. Call Gabriel at ext. 257, he knows what to send you. He needs some info from you to send them out.

I wished I had them coated to, hope it works on the heat.

Re: Borla headers good price?

Thanks H.A. I just called and spoke to gabriel. He knew his stuff and he is sending the venturis out tonite. And its not to late to have your headers coated. But I doubt you want to take your headers off and lay your truck up for a week. Have you had any heat related problems with the borlas. You know like hoses, wires, Etc. Take a look at this website performancecoatings.com good prices and a nice guy spoke to him last friday. I still have not made a decision on what catback to get I was going to get the bassani but if its only a 3 inch system. I could just change out the muffler and use the stock pipes as they are 3 inch and save about 350.00.To be used for more goodies.
