I am wondering what the curb weight is on a 01 4x4 lb w/v10 3/4 and 1 tons. My guess is the 3/4 ton weighs close to 6000 lbs. wet, but I don't know how much more the 1 ton weighs. The reason I am asking is because I need a hd pickup to haul around a cab-over and pull a 19' boat to the lake. Has anyone weighed their trucks that could at least tell me about what to expect?

Crewzer, are you kidding, a one ton only weighs 10lbs more? Well, at 6500 lbs, that only leaves 2300 lbs for people, payload, etc. Guess I'll be looking at a one ton then.
Thanks, Crewzer.

My 99 F250 4x4 V10 5spd RegCab SB weighed in at 6400 pounds wet...
My 00 F350 SRW 4x4 V10 5spd SuperCab SB weighs in at about 7000 pounds wet...
I am very curious where you heard that the 350 only weighs 10 pounds more than the 250. Basically, except for the SuperCab and 350, my new truck is the same as my old truck, and the difference in weight is about 600 pounds. So, does the SuperCab option add 590 pounds to the curb weight??

How did I miss that one? I meant F250 RegCab LB...
I do have 550 springs and dual shocks, so maybe that is why the extra weight...

I know this is the gasser forum ( hey some of my best friend(s) have gas! ) but since we're talking weights, I have a 2k 250 XLT SD PSD,SC,SB,4x2. The registation states 5700lbs but I had it weighed on a State certified truck scale and it came up 6300lbs (3/4 fuel in tank).

They sure are! Mine weighs 7300 lbs with full gas and me in it (I'm 170 lbs). That includes front and rear hitches and frame mounted camper tie-downs. So if you want a camper and to tow a boat, you'll need at least a F350 SRW but more likely a F350 dually. I had the same truck as now except a supercab and SRW and it weighed 6800 lbs. So it looks like adding crew cab and dually adds 500 lbs.
Judging by the average weight that everyone has posted, it looks like 1 tons don't really weigh that much more than 3/4 tons, upwards to about 500 or 6000 lbs. I was concerned about a large drop in performance, mileage, etc. with the extra weight of a 1 ton, but it looks like it isn't that much of a difference after all. Thanks to all who replied.

Actually, the difference is only like 20 lbs. The only difference in a comparably equipt F250 and SRW F350 is springs that are slightly thicker and stronger axles. Of course when you go to a dually, then there's more weight.
You guys are making my truck sound light. I don't know what it actually weighs, but the paper that came with the truck shown in my signature said the shipping weight was 5,642 lbs. I realize that if you add gas and the few other items I carry that will add some weight to it, but not that much. Maybe I need to find some scales somewhere. I'm starting to feel like I got cheated out of some weight. I can't really join in this whole "my truck's heavier than yours" thing if I'm only coming in with weights like that. Guess I'm gonna have to do something about that.
