it actually probably sounds better, but there was some wind blowing and i have been promising this clip for awhile... i will try and make another one when the wind goes away...
as for sound in the cab.... it is not bad.... only time i hear it is when i really get on it.. and that woudl be the sound that i am not sure i like... it gets a bit tinny.
i did notice that when i put in the intake (several hours after the exhaust), the tinniness did subside somewhat. also, as miles have been put on, the exhaust has broken in a bit and sounds better than it did at first.
all in all i am happy with the mod.... it isn't the nice low rumble of an eight, but it does sound very decent.

Sounds GOOD! Here's a suggestion for the next recording - the motor sounds cold (fast idle speed), next time warm it up first so we get an idea of the low freq. "rumble factor" at normal idle.
Thanks.

I can't see the .wav file - all I see is 7 .jpg's in that folder. Any way you could e-mail it me? pq280@hotmail.com
Many thanks - planning to buy a new truck sometime in the next 6-8 months and I'm just dreaming up the mods that will come soon after
mike.... it is the last file in that folder.... and is labeled "flowmaster" (plus it shows as a file type icon)...
if your still having trouble i can e-mail it (but rather have you help me figure out the problem so other ppl don't have to experience a problem too).
