These were made before I put the new Y pipe and the noise is not as loud now (Kind of hard to be loud through an 1.5 inch restriction!). But, it is still there and I'm still pushing for Lemon Law. Ford has ignored the Law in Montana that they must reply to the case within 15 days. It's been over a month. I'm going to see that they pay the $1000 fine!
In other words, I still don't know anything!

UPDATE- just got a call from FORD! Now, after 9 months of trouble, they want to send a Field Service Engineer out to fix it! I told them OK but you don't have much time because I'm NOT putting off my Lemon Law case ANY longer.
We'll see, and I'll post the results.
