The headers are installed

http://www.eurekaboy.com/borla.htm

I got the Borla headers installed tonight, and I took plenty of pictures. It took about 9 hours to do the job. I haven't driven it yet, but it sounds good idling.

Thanks for all the tips and forewarnings!

Re: The headers are installed

You guys might cringe a little when I tell you that my dad made the fitting at the General Motors plant he works in.

So far I'm really liking the headers. Nice rumbly idle, and it purrs going down the road. Not a V-8 sound, but not wimpy sounding either. I had the battery disconnected for a couple days and the computer is still relearning. The engine definitely feels more powerful, especially when you put the pedal to the floor! If I can figure out a way to record the sound I'll get some .wav files on the website.

Congrats and welcome to the club!

(Did you happen to use a little anti-seize on the header bolts?)
