I got the Borla headers installed tonight, and I took plenty of pictures. It took about 9 hours to do the job. I haven't driven it yet, but it sounds good idling.
Thanks for all the tips and forewarnings!
Hey Stan,
I did mine 2 weekends ago and the same 9 hours for headers, and an hour to do the wheel wells and clean up. Mine sounds good at idle also but i still have the rattle snake sound when accelerating? how bout you, same sound?

So how much are you going to charge Borla for the adapter??? Maybe you could join their research and development dept and finaly fix this issue...Look forward to hearing the rest of the story(Performace)
Ps. I'll take 2 fittings to go please

You guys might cringe a little when I tell you that my dad made the fitting at the General Motors plant he works in.
So far I'm really liking the headers. Nice rumbly idle, and it purrs going down the road. Not a V-8 sound, but not wimpy sounding either. I had the battery disconnected for a couple days and the computer is still relearning. The engine definitely feels more powerful, especially when you put the pedal to the floor! If I can figure out a way to record the sound I'll get some .wav files on the website.
