The only thing wrong with my new truck is a wind noise at 50+ mph coming from the drivers side door. Is there an easy way to fix it myself? My friend had his dealer adjust his door because it shut a little harder than the others and now it is crooked and looks like crap. I would like to avoid that!

If the door(s) all look level and straight, make sure all of the weather-stripping is installed securely. Also, see if the strips are getting folded or pinched when the door is shut.
If it helps any, I had a door wind problem from the passenger side of my truck. Turns out that the passenger side cab door tends not to close as securely as it should thus causing the regular door not to close tightly as well, even though it did look secure. The way I found out was by seeing if I can wiggle the cab door. So now I just give it a good shove right before it closes.
I have the same problem on my new 250--driver's side door, up near my my left ear. It started around 700 miles. I can't seem to fix it. Tried shutting door with a window open, then closed window, checked the weather stripping, etc. It has a very slight rattle in addition to the wind noise. Sorry, I'm no help, but thought misery, invites company
Kenc,
I had the rattle also near the drivers ear. In my case, it was caused by the weatherstip mounted to the rear crew cab door that goes between the front and rear door. My dealership said it was the seat belt mechanism, but I packed foam behind the weatherstip to show them they misdiagnosed it. They glued the strip down with some weatherstip adhesive, and the rattle went away. The last couple of days, I've heard a faint rattle again, so I hope it hasn't returned. Good luck on your repair. Please let me know what they do to fix your's. Zoomer

Thanks for the input! It looks like all of the weather strips are there and the doors line up ok, I will check out the one between the doors next. Hopefully I don't have to let the dealer do it!

I also had the same noise on the driverside of my CC. Had it to the dealer twice and the leading edge rear door seal replaced. The dealer couldn't fix it the first time, and on the 2nd trip he asked what I wanted done. I told him if Ford dosn't have a fix, and he has a high quality thin double sided tape to reattach the seal with it and the push pins. This fix'ed the noise but not the problem.
None of the dealers service folks noticed the cause. The rear door leading edge stands proud of the front doors trailing edge. An antural wind catch. And as a truck door seals "set" with inital use, it's always likly to be happen after a few miles of use.
Havn't shown the dealer the cause because I don't trust them to align the door properly, and the double sided tape stopped the seal from flapping, and thus the noise is gone.
Zoomer, your suggestion fixed my wind noise. Thanks! I put a piece of softer (compressable) weatherstripping on the hard-plastic weather stripping that was already located on the rear door, the piece that is forward facing and separating the front and rear doors windows. The only problem is that I only had brown strips so you can see it peek through slightly. But the silence is beautiful .
