How hard to pull a V10 engine

I just got the news the V10 in my '00 F350 had a valve bust off in the #3 cylinder so now i'm on the hunt for an engine and replacement. While i know in dealer practices you guys completely remove the cab off the chasis to do anything on these trucks, BUT is it possible to remove the radiator support/front header panel, etc....and pull these things old school?

I have ample room on the sides, there is no EGR stuff on here so i think that helps, and once the intake is removed that'll gain me about 12" at least up and down rough guessing to thread the needle with a cherry picker arm, kinda like pulling an engine in a van, but before i get too excited thinking i can do this for under a million dollars with everything else falling apart around me, i wanted to see if it's doable or if i am indeed screwed on this deal too?

Oil pan look relatively flat so no big sump to worry about getting over the crossmember, so that's a plus, so please give me good news and tell me it's completely possible and not that big of a deal

Yes, the motor comes out the front quite easily... While some repairs become easier with the cab off, the whole idea of "cab off" has taken on a life it didn't need to. I hear of those removing cabs for reasons I can only shake my head at.

i just did my v8 and that was cake. just like you said. take off the front clip/ radiator support and you should have plenty of room to come out the front.
