Just brought home a 2003 Eddie Bauer V-10 Excursion. Got it for $29,250 at a dealer with 23,400 miles. Keeping he windstar for now. I hope my wife lets me drive it once in a while. It is all stock and don't plan to upgrade it right now, but what is gets the most bang for the buck?? Intake side ot exhaust?? Thanks!!!

Drop a K&N or similar in stock airbox, cat back exhaust, and that will be your cheapest power increase. Adding headers and a good Y-pipe will help a lot too. A tuner will increase HP, but many require you jump up to 91-93 octane when you run it at the higher setting. Just keep in mind that you now own a 3 - 4 ton vehicle... I hope my wife can learn to drive with a light foot. She seemed to drive a bit quick in the Windstar. It is big but with 4 kids we are loving the room. I'm suprised how well it turns and parks compared to my old F-250.
