New to V10's - anything to watch for/read?

Hi,

After owning 4 Powerstrokes, I went down to the dealer today to buy another PSD truck. He talked me into trying a V10 - and I left with one. It's quiet, smooth and has ample power for anything I'd want to do with a truck. Any quick pointers on this engine I should know about?

I kept my F350 c/c 4wd for towing. The V10 is a F250 c/c 4wd/short bed. It's a nice package.

So far, it seems like a good engine. I've only got 1500 miles on my '00, but everything is running great. There is the "flutter" annoyance and my truck seems to like premium fuel better than regular. If you got 4.30 gears, you'll want to keep an eye out for gas stations.

Yes, watch out for Chevys and Dodges. If you're not careful, you'll run over 'em.
