performance

i was wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of performance modifications i can make to my V-10. i already have true dual exhaust and a K&N airfilter. i am thinking of something along the lines other than a superchip or supercharger. i don't think i can gain very much from a superchip, and don't have the cash for the supercharger. any suggestion for me??
