I have the flashpaq. Well worth the money on my opinion. Improved my gas mileage by 2 mpg, the truck shifts better and has the feel of alot more low end torque and acceleration at all levels. I have an 06 F250 Supercab with 4.11 gears. The rest of the truck is bone stock.

I ran a Superchip 1714 on the wifer's 2004 Expedition 5.4 for 2 years and it worked great. Added almost 2 mpg and made it perform and shift much better than stock. I programed the economy setting for 87 octane and it really made a difference.

Go to F150Online. I just ordered an Xcal 2 from Troyer Performance to go with my SIDO Magnaflow. I can hardly wait. Troyer has excellent reviews and has been tuning F-150's pretty much longer than anybody if I recall correctly. It's about a $400 venture, but they "tune" your vehicle specifically and let you datalog later on to "retune" and tweak your engine to optimum performance, not a general tune like Superchips, Edge, etc... Research on F-150 Online. You'll find more reading than you have time for.
