Propane is a sure way to slow down a gas engine.
Propane burns slower than gas. Propane works with diesel, because it burn faster than diesel.
I think you would want to use N20 if you want to inject something into a gas motor.
You can convert to propane only on a gas motor, but the power will be down about 10-15%.

V--10 Power:
The V 10 kits are currently the latest to get approval. The lpg does not increase performance. It has a reduction of hp from about 10% - 20% and mileage reduction of 10-15%. However cost per mile...it is about the same (propane is cheaper than gas). Then why would you want to convert???? 1) LPG is more enviromentally friendly, 2) LPG engines last longer than the same engine driven under identical conditions, and 3) tax incentives. #3 is the largest reason.
