Question for Wawi

Just a quick question WAWI. What mods were done at the time of the skid marks you have shown on your sig?

Re: Question for Wawi

V--10 Power,

I had a SuperChip and the Banks PowerPack both installed by then.

I couldn't get a good burn out in stock mode, and can only get these type of results by break torquing the beast. Not easy when the truck and tires have enough power to "push" the front tires!

Yep a few times the front tires remained locked up and the rear tires gripped and pushed the front tires along. When I make to many highway trips and baby the truck for better MPG's the SuperChip "learned" profile also inhibets the rig's ability to do the burn outs. It works best after removing and re-installing the chip set back to the factory starting point and doing some hard performance drivint to "teach" it for power curves.

Happy Holidays!

Re: Question for Wawi

You apply the breaks partly (not too hard and not too soft) so as to provide a little bit of motion resistance. This allows the truck's qourge to break the rear wheels loose easer with out putting the truck into motion. Otherwise the truck just launches and off you go with only leaving a small amount of rubber.
