Sam C your springs??

what size is your truck? wondering if you have a 450 or just used those new springs? mine is a early 99 and would love to try anything, have had about 5 drag links, spring isolaters about 2 times. still have squeeks

billfarmer, I have a Y2K F-250 SC. It has the plow prep package with the X springs. I had the white isolators put in the original springs, but the squeaking persisted. After looking at the X springs on the F-450, I noticed that the X spring design had changed. The dealer then ordered the new design X springs for my truck and, so far, it's been quiet. The springs were changed under warranty. SamC

PS One thing that I forgot to mention. If you order new X springs, make sure that you use this part #: YC3Z 5310 AN. If you don't, they'll ship out old stock, which is the old design X spring. There were about 16 old X springs left in the Chicago parts warehouse when my springs were ordered.
