Superchargers/Vortech or Whipple - Diesel Forum

Looking for a supercharger for my V10 and can't decide. What gains are from vortech? I have found what kind
of gains from Whipple, but can't find dino numbers from Vortech> [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img] Any info would help.

In the Mustang crowd, the Vortech superchargers rank up top in terms of quality and completness of the supercharger kits. I run a Paxton on my Mustang (now part of Vortech) and it is great.

Nothing but problems (and it was professionally installed). That's why I had to trade the Ram. STAY AWAY FROM PAXTON! Their customer service is also terrible; they couldn't care less. Whipple (there is a intercooler available), or Kenne Bell.

Thanks for the input. I think I will go with the Whipple w/intercooler (more torque at low RPM)
It won't be till spring. After tax refund, but have to plan for it now. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif[/img] [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif[/img]
I'll have to call the distributers to see if I'll need to upgrade injectors.
