v-10 exhaust flutter

I am looking at V-10 excursions are there any model years that do not have the exhaust flutter. Looking at 99-02 models.
Also reports on any other major problems with this vehicle would be nice.

Depending on the production date, Ford has a revised Y-pipe to resolve the flutter noise.
