I don't know that it's "common", but it does happen. Mine is going in next week for the same problem. I sure am glad I bought that extended warranty [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]. It is considered an exhaust leak, so the folks at the dealership take it seriously. The differing expansion rates of the various metals apparently fatigue the bolt heads, which combined with normal corrosion, causes them to fail. If you're going to tackle it yourself, it would be a great time to install a set of Torque Tubes.
