What is a "35" rear axle on an '87?

A 1987 F250 with 300-6 and automatic has on the door sticker that the rear axle is a "35."

Anybody know what ratio this is?

35 means that it is the standard rear end for the f250,f350srw. And the gear ratio is 4.10/1. If it was a 39 then it would be the same axle with the 3.55/1 ratio. Hope this helps, Mason
