What MODS for a 5.4

Hey guys, just looking round the gasser site and was wondering what I could do for my wife's truck, '02 f-150 supercrew 4x4 5.4 I have already put split rear exhaust on the truck (mostly for sound) and she liked that pretty well.
What mods "as far bang for your buck" would be best to take from this point.
