Whats my truck worth?

I am thinking of selling it and getting something that matches my needs better (1/2 ton). What do you think is a fair price to ask? Edmunds, KBB, and NADA all around $25,000.
It configured as follows:
2000 Red F250 Lariat Supercab, V10, Auto, 3.73LS,Towing package, New 285x75 AT's all around running boards, sliding rear window, Line-X bedliner, 23,000 miles. 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. Trucks in perfect shape. Need your suggestions!
