Where is the Fuel Filter located?

I decided my hesitation is due to the fuel filter because it only happens after the truck sits overnight... Now where is the filter located and how do I replace it? Is there a special filter I should use or just go to pepboys and get what they have...Any help is appreciated!! [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

The fuel filter is inside the frame on the drivers side. It's just a metal "can" that has a single input and output. You'll need to replace it with the appropriate filter. Most parts stores carry the filter and the "special" tools required to disconnect the fuel lines from the filter.

Don't even try it without the special tool - It should only be a couple bucks.
