I have a new 2005 Ford with an aluminum engine. Someone suggested that the factory yellow antifreeze will eat the block over time and I should change it to green. Anyone have an opinion on this ??

I wouldn't worry about it. And if I were going to worry about it, green would be the last coolant I would put in. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
No need to worry or change to green or any other color. BTW that exact coolant is also available as green. What you should do is to check the condition of your coolant with some test strips yearly. If you drive lots of miles check it more often.
