Sounds like a good day of fun . If the orings look like they will do the job I would really like to add the 4 inch exhaust. Be like a new truck on the way home . Plus keep the CFO somewhat happy. But with #7 being weak and #5 not much better it might just be better to take the plunge . Decisions to be made.
Have you checked out your injectors like we checked mine? How did your numbers compare to mine? Talk to you later.
Clyde

Haven't done any real close testing on my injectors other than the chart I showed you. Didn't compare the numbers (not that I'd remember what we got on yours).
Jim,
It's time for the mods to start on my '05. ...I sent you an email.

5 Days .
The gates open at 8am and Test and Tune starts at 10am. They asked me to announce that please do not park in any of the paved spots in the pits, they are reserved spots.
JIM
I am heading down to the shop now to pull off the old turbo, Hopefully will have the new one on by sunday. I should be in the garage late fri night and sat if anyone wants to stop over (I found some more beer!)

If I could just get out of Washington and head for my place at Clam Gulch, I'd stop to help... I'll be thinking of you.

ITS ALIVE!!!! Back together and running at 11:00 PM. Kevin stoped in and helped figure out how all the little parts went together. Jim droped by and just took left over parts John stoped by in time to see it come to life. I broke off the charging lead from the alternater so had to fix that real quick. Test run hit 30 psi than ran out of road. Tried to do a spool up lunch in second gear and clutch started slipping!!! It already has a LUK from previous owner but like all the other mods I might have to redo that too. John and I plan on doing the drags in the morning (around 10 ) I have lots of other stuff to do in afternoon and weak clutch so I won't stay too long.

Jim posted a 14.08 before he packed it in...now if we could just lose that boat anchor up front we could see an easy 13.80 to 13.90
Good seeing everyone!!!

I think Jim is defueling a little as the smoke at the end of the track is a whole lot less then mid track. But then pushing a warn 9,000 lb winch and a homemade plate steel bumper I think losing that and a little better fuel pump he could easily break into the 13 zone. The truck was giving fits to the ricer crowd on chargers or NOS. The truck was super consistant.
