Re: Anyone want to plan a summer Ford-Diesel.com

I originally closed this thread to provide a new forum for discussion in the forum linked below. It seems people have gotten the wrong Idea or lost. I am re-opening it as I feel I may have made a mistake in closing it in the first place. The newer thread is located Here: http://forums.ford-diesel.com:8080/u...ML/000015.html

It asks for a little more information so that the organizer can get a better idea of Who, what, where, whens and hows to hold this event.

Sorry about that...
Keith

Re: Anyone want to plan a summer Ford-Diesel.com

Has anyone heard form ford_turbo_diesel lately??? Is he perhaps a victim of a virus???

BTW, I think I found my tail after losing it again.

Rich

P.S. the lake George idea probably won't work for the summer unless you want to make it a "stand around the park, inhale diesel fumes" kind of thing due to availability. My post about 1000 Acres is because that weekend has become available. (Sept 8-10) I am open to ideas, including Tupper Lake.

He had sent me an e-mail early in the weekend and said he would be busy or away for a few days.

Re: Anyone want to plan a summer Ford-Diesel.com

I'm back!
I've been back and forth from Cape Cod MA. to Southwick MA. to Waterbury CT. to Bergen Co. NJ. in 10 days!
Plus I just got my 2000 SD back from Ford (late last night, I had to drive their Contour again!) with a new 6 speed and its great I even convinced them to give me a free oil change due to their mess up.
Bad news is my wife was cutting the lawn one day and threw a stone at the front pass. side fender and dented/scratched it
Ford body shop wanted $350.00 to fix.....I told them I'll look around.

Lake George sounds good to me if everyone wants it there, I've been there in the summer and its crowded! But fun.
I'll return all e-mails tonight, thanks
John

Closed again. All responses that were referenced to a NE Rally were transcribed to Response #22 in NE Rally

Continue with that thread to keep this all together.
