Austin/CTFD Cart race event

OK guys, we have it firmed up for Saturday, March 6 at 6:00PM at RPM Indoor Raceway. I got them to give us a deal of three races for $45 each on the Grand Prix track, which is both tracks combined into one!! This should be even more fun than the last time!!

They have their beer license now, and they can do pizza or BBQ for us too if we want that. Do y'all want to eat there or go somewhere afterwords?

We would also like to invite any HAPS and NTxPSD members (that can handle getting whipped on the track) to join us. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

I need to get a head count so I can let them know how many are racing.

I vote for grabbing food somewhere else after we race. That Fuddrucker's we ate at last time was pretty close, right? Just an idea, I'm open to just about anything.

On a side note, I found a place in South Austin that is selling BioDiesel and I am thinking about giving it a try. Have any of you local guys tried biodiesel yet?

I am 90% sure I will be there. How much are the licenses or is that included in the $45.00 fee? I would also be interested in trying the bio diesel as well.

I PM'ed Byron (beddins) last week and he was interested. I remind him.

Rudy, the rates that Mark got are for use to rent the track for 1 hour straight for as many races as we want.

That's how it worked last time, but after re-reading Marks' post it says 3 races. Not sure what that means. Last time though we only ran 3 races in the hour, so maybe that's what he is saying.
